One winter, the Corporation of London organised a temporary light art show to bring stimulation and fun into the streets. Sutton Vane Associates were appointed to carry out feasibility studies, project risk assessments, and pricing checks. They then turned the artists' concepts into reality: artworks by Susan Colins, Mark Lewis, Tim Head, David Ward, and Maggie Ellenby were realised.
