Supreme Court

Attracting a great deal of press, Sutton Vane were commissioned to light the Court rooms and monuments in the entrance hall at Supreme Court.

Lighting the Court Rooms required in depth research and testing to ensure that sufficient light levels at desk level were achieved for filming. Importantly, the use of LED technology can often pose problems with flicker that may not be seen by the human eye but can be picked up on camera. Testing from Sutton Vane had to ensure that the proposed scheme was entirely flicker free.

Monuments in the entrance hall needed to be brought to life. The war memorial in particular required careful lighting to provide light to the soldier’s face.
